Antique Trestle Dining Table with charming clover cutouts in the base. The table is very solidly built with thick planks, strongly built legs and a stretcher bar. A comfortable table with lots room for legs and seating on the ends as well as the sides. The top of the table has several superficial cracks and gaps in the planks as well as a dimpled surface that tells of a storied history. Overall this table is in good condition with lots of character. This solid chestnut trestle table is from France dates to early to mid 1900's. The table top connects to the legs via a gorgeous half blind dovetail joinery system. Comfortably seats 6.
