Unique decorative mirror from late 18th century with neo-classic design elements including Greco-roman trim and olive branches flanking the urn crest. Atop the urn in the center of the piece are two serpents, classically symbolizing a totem of rebirth, this message is carried over in the usage of what appears to be flames on the other finials of the piece. Over all this mirror is in amazing shape, with a worn, cracked, and patinaed surface. The main finish is a stark off-white color while the gilt is bright and pronounced.
