Sales & Client Relationship Executive

What You Will Do: 

  • Provide polished and professional customer service to both trade professionals and retail customers.  
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide first contact (in rotation) to client inquiries via phone and email. 
  • Execute complete sale process - from start to finish, involving product information, pricing, shipping quotes, order confirmation, invoice generation, shipping documentation and payment processing as well as problem resolution if required. 
  • Provide and develop high quality client relationship support by understanding client’s needs. Clearly communicate to new clients Eloquence® company attributes, products and capabilities. 
  • Business development: sales strategy and marketing planning within sales team, researching/contacting potential clients, customer maintenance  
  • Other work areas: Trade show organization and preparation as well as out of state showroom attendance. 

Qualifications 

Personnel Requirements: 

  • Friendly, high energy, positive, “People Person” personality 
  • Dependable, trustworthy, motivated, self-starter with a strong desire to succeed. 
  • Team player, consistent, persistent and resilient 
  • Ability to think on your feet and provide creative solutions to challenging situations 

Business Requirements: 

  • Sales and/or relevant industry sales background. 
  • Multi-tasker with strong work ethic. 
  • Detail oriented and highly organized 
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to demonstrate patience in challenging situations. 

Skills & Abilities: 

  • Education - Bachelor or Associate Degree 
  • Experience - 2-3 years within a related industry  
  • Computer Skills – Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Fishbowl, (or Sales and Inventory Management system experience), Strong Computer Literacy required. 

Location & Hours of Operation: 

At this time, the position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm 

  • As we grow our retail business and develop our showroom, business hours may extend through the weekends.

Digital Marketing Assistant

What You Will Do: 

  • Assisting in the creation and management of all digital marketing campaigns 
  • Proficiency in creating email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo (or similar Ecommerce marketing programs) 
  • Assist in the creation of email/marketing ideas based off data collected , holidays/events and new product launches 
  • Email segmentation based on user/data buying habits  
  • Strong copy writing skills and understanding of the Eloquence® buyer and tone for email marketing, Instagram posts, blog posts, Pinterest, etc. 
  • Analyze and report on data found through Big Commerce and Klaviyo on customers buying habits, clicks, abandoned carts, etc. 
  • Create and edit SEO optimized content/ Blog posts 
  • Assist with monitoring Google Ads and Analytics account 
  • Staying up to date and in the know with what’s going on in the furniture and design industry. Using that knowledge to come up with new and exciting ideas. 
  • Update/ Edit homepage on website (done through Big Commerce) 
  • Social Media Management- must have a strong understanding of Social Media platforms such as Instagram & Pinterest.  
  • Create and manage campaigns to increase brand awareness and community engagement. 
  • Occasionally assist with the creative department in photo shoots, product descriptions and uploads for new containers

  • Experience in Marketing, Content Manager, and Social Media 
  • Copy Writing- must be able to understand the Eloquence® customer/ voice and use this understanding to effectively market our customers  
  • Multi-tasker with strong work ethic  
  • Detail oriented and highly organized  

 Skills & Abilities: 

  • Education - Bachelor or Associate Degree  
  • Experience – Recent graduate with a Digital Marketing background, or have held a similar position in the past 2 years.  
  • Computer Skills – Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Klaviyo (or other Ecommerce marketing programs), Big Commerce (or similar Shopify) - Strong Computer Literacy required.
